What this page does, in plain terms.

The transaction code is an opaque identifier the sponsor issues to each investor at subscription. It does not encode any private information. Submitting it returns the structural and cryptographic record of the documents Fund Base Camp holds for that SPV — nothing that identifies the holder, and nothing that constitutes financial advice or solicitation.

To verify independently of Fund Base Camp:

  • Re-hash any document you receive with any SHA-256 implementation; compare to the hash returned here.
  • Take the OpenTimestamps proof and verify it against the Bitcoin block listed.
  • Compare the AUP date / firm shown here against the report published at fundbasecamp.com/security.
