A United States limited liability company. All custody services are provided by this entity, contracting under the Custody Services Agreement. There is no parent company that performs custody services; FBC LLC is the sole operating entity for the custody function.
FBC LLC contracts in its own name, on its own EIN, and bears its own legal obligations, separate from any sponsor whose documents it holds.
